In Cities! Busy Places, Friendly Faces the classroom activities will transport children into a Kindermusik city, where ordinary sounds and sights on the street make a musical ensemble! Street musicians serenade and sing. Clock towers boom, bellow and ring. Street vendors and small-town shops offer their wares to passersby. Teacher and students together transform the classroom into a city built out of handcrafted "buildings" and sidewalks made of masking tape and freezer paper.
§ Developmentally appropriate curriculum for parents and children, ages 3 to 5 years.
§ 15-week semester, meets once a week
§ Adult attends last 15 minutes of class
§ One 45-minute class per week
§ At-Home Materials: 2 home CDs, Literature books, family activity book, instrument, pretend play component, Imagine That! backpack
§ Tuition: $205 (Plus $62 - $68 At-Home Materials, $62 price is without backpack)
