| Kindermusik with Kelly would be delighted to talk to you about your custom class idea. This option is good for parents with a good circle of friends who would like to hold a class at a different time and/or location than is offered at the Kindermusik studio. Here's what's required:
Ø Minimum custom class size is 5 children. Custom class organizer is reponsible for meeting the minimum class size requirement.
Ø Because the Kindermusik curricula is age appropriate, alll children enrolled in the custom class must be in the same age range according to the following table:

Ø The custom class location must be in the general area of Tustin and Irvine. Other locations will be considered at the discretion of the educator.
Ø Depending on the location, a surcharge may be added to the normal tuition to cover travel expenditures for the educator.
Ø All custom class attendees are required to purchase the At Home materials for the corresponding class, similar to students who attend the classes taught at the Kindermusik studio.
Ø The cost of materials and 25% of the paid tuition are non-refundable.
Ø Early Bird Registration: Enrollees who submit their registration accompanied by payment for materials at least three weeks prior to the start of a new class will receive 5% off of their total tuition fee for that class.
Ø Sibling Discount: Siblings simultaneously enrolled in any of the classes receive a 10% discount off of each of their tuitions. Less expensive sibling home materials, which does not include the CD or children's book(s), are available for the second child enrolled in the same class or for a child whose older sibling has already taken that curriculum.
Ø Tuition refunds or credit vouchers may be given if extenuating circumstances require withdrawal from the class. These will be considered on an individual basis.
Ø Teacher is not responsible for any injuries the child may incur.
