The following terms and conditions are effective January 1, 2010 and are subject to change.

Ø       The non-refundable materials fee is due when you register for the class. You may pay in the form of cash, check, money order, or credit card. Payment of materials fee guarantees your space in the class. 

Ø       The tuition fee is due at the first class. Unfortunately, tuition cannot be refunded or prorated due to absences or illnesses.  However, tuition will be pro-rated for late enrollment. 

Ø       The cost of materials and 25% of the paid tuition are non-refundable. 

Ø       Early Bird Registration: Enrollees who submit their registration accompanied by payment for materials at least three weeks prior to the start of a new class will receive $15 off of their total tuition fee for that class. 

Ø       Sibling Discount: Siblings simultaneously enrolled in any of the classes receive a 10% discount off of each of their tuitions.  Less expensive sibling home materials, which does not include the CD or children's book(s), are available for the second child enrolled in the same class or for a child whose older sibling has already taken that curriculum.

Ø       Tuition refunds or credit vouchers may be given if extenuating circumstances require withdrawal from the class.  These will be considered on an individual basis. 

Ø       Teacher is not responsible for any injuries the child may incur.
